Not satisfied with your purchase?

We will take back, upon simple request and without processing fees, items that you do not wish to keep within a maximum of one week after receipt of your purchase.

Are not returned or exchanged:

-Items that have been used.
-Items having exceeded the deadline of one week (since receipt of the package).
-Items specifically mentioning that there is no return or exchange (“Return and exchange” section on the product sheet of the articles concerned).

How to proceed

- Log in to your Quality-tools account and go to the “my order history” section. Select the relevant command. If you are still eligible for a return (within the 7-day period), you will be able to select the items concerned and request their return.

If the selection operation is not available, the return period has passed.

 -Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

The REFUND

will be issued as soon as possible.
Please note that we will deduct the original shipping costs from the refund.
For returns coming from outside Switzerland, the customs clearance costs subsequently invoiced will also be deducted from the refund.
In this case, the issuance of the refund may take longer due to the delay in receiving the customs clearance invoice.
